How We Make Your Visits Easy
Having regular dental check-ups is one of the best ways to improve your oral health, which we strive to make easy and convenient.
During your first visit, our dentist will go through a thorough examination and screen for common dental issues like cavities, bone loss, infection and issues with existing fillings and crowns.
For your first visit at South Island Dental, please bring:
- Any insurance information you have – We can help you with your coverage information, annual maximums and whether your plan allows for the assignment of benefits
- A list of medications you’re taking, including prescription and non-prescription. Your x-ray history which can be requested for release to our office from your previous dentist (please let us know prior to your appointment if you would like us to request x-rays from your previous dental office)
- Any questions or concerns you may have regarding your dental health or goal
